We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 2,500. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery fee of PKR 150 is applied nationwide.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days for major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, while other regions may take 5 to 7 working days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item within 15 days of purchase at any Bata retail outlet across Pakistan, provided you have the original receipt and the product is in its original packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as online payments via Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) through our secure payment gateway.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to see live updates.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, we provide a 60-day manufacturing warranty on all Bata shoes. If you encounter any structural defects, please visit your nearest store for an inspection.
