Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 15 days of delivery to log your return or exchange request with your order number.
Pack the Item
Ensure the product is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and placed securely inside the original Bata packaging.
Dispatch via Courier
Send the package back to our central warehouse address provided by our support team; please retain the tracking receipt for verification.
Quality Check & Processing
Once received, our team will conduct a quality inspection and either dispatch your replacement or issue a store credit voucher within 7-10 working days.
